2. Bookings and Appointments
Making a booking
Appointments can be made through our online booking system (Fresha), by phone, or in person. When booking, you agree to provide accurate contact information.
Deposits
Certain treatments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposit requirements will be clearly stated during the booking process. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations and changes
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee
- Repeated no-shows may result in requiring full payment in advance for future bookings
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. The full price will still apply.
3. Treatments and Services
Consultations
Some treatments require a consultation and/or patch test before the service can be performed. This is for your safety and is non-negotiable for certain treatments including:
- Lash extensions and lash lifts
- Microblading and permanent makeup
- Aesthetic treatments (fillers, anti-wrinkle injections)
- Laser treatments
- Chemical peels and advanced skincare
Contraindications
You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or other factors that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may not be safe or suitable for you.
Results
While we strive for excellent results, individual outcomes may vary. We do not guarantee specific results from any treatment.
Aftercare
Following aftercare instructions is essential for optimal results and your safety. We are not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare advice.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are displayed on our website and in the salon
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted price
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, card, and contactless payments
5. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are available for purchase through Fresha
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced
