DELIVERY & RETURNS
What are my delivery options?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase and shipped using a standard courier service, however if you would like the goods sooner please contact us to arrange this.
Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day.
No deliveries are made on Saturday or Sunday.
The customer is responsible for providing us with the correct shipping details. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. please check your order confirmation email to ensure that the address is completely correct.
The costs of delivery is £4 unless buying a bulk amount and then postage will be calculated by the weight.

Will I receive notification that my order has been dispatched?
Yes, you will receive an email from us notifying you of your order being shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship goods outside the UK
Discrepancies with your order?
At Haus Of Beauté we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. Please contact us within 48hr should you have any discrepancies with your order.
Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?
Yes of course! If for any reason you are unhappy with your pRODUCT PURCHASE and would like to return your item, please send your product(s) back to us, Providing all items are unopened and unused we will happily accept a return for a full refund or an exchange.
For DERMALOGICA Products you have 30 days for a full refund if you are unhappy with your product, should you experience a skin response please contact us to discuss this as soon as possible.
We will issue the refund once we have received your order back.
Please note, any items purchased in the sale are non-exchangable and non-refundable (excluding Dermalgica where the 30 day refund policy remains).
How long after my purchase can I make a return or exchange?
For DERMALOGICA Products you have 30 days for a full refund if you are unhappy with your product.
If you are returning any other product(s) back to us, these will need to arrive back to us within 14 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to send the item(s) back to us if you require a refund or an exchange.
How to make a return
To process a return to us you will need to email us firstname.lastname@example.org and subject the email “refund” so we can expect your return and send back to the following address:

Please note that you will be held accountable for covering the shipping costs to return these items to us and completely liable for tracking this back.
Please allow 5 business days to process all returns once we have received them.
How long will it take too process a refund?
We offer refunds to your original payment method on all full priced products returned to us within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.
How will I know if my item is eligible for a return or refund?
We ONLY accept refunds or exchanges if items are returned to us in their original condition, unused, undamaged ad unopened.
